In our experience, modern urban living makes the body weak and soft, calcifying cognition and hardening the heart.
Alternatively, the Vedic rural lifestyle makes the body tough and strong, increases intuition and allows for a natural softening of the heart.
We pray that more people become willing to take up this discipline, while they are still able.
