Cow Empowerment

New Goshala and Nandishala

Cow care requires various roles: cleaning, feeding, hands on massaging and brushing, medical care and hoof maintenance, herd management, animal husbandry, building infrastructure, growing and harvesting hay and other eatables.

There are many pilgrims seeking the blessings of Gomata, and guest facilities, prasadam distribution, and general hospitality are essential services for any goshala.

To manage these aspects, a capable team is needed to oversee the operation. Construction of the goshala and guest cabins, wall tents, yurts, washing and cooking facility is primary.

A 40 by 40 foot foundation for the goshala has been dug and construction has begun at the Vedic Eco Village.

Development Phases

Initial Phase:  The Desi cows and bulls at Ahimsa Goshala in Saranagati, are in need of better facility and the next generation of management. Our proposal is transitioning ownership in a way that maintains the dignity and legacy of Ahimsa Goshala.

Seeking redemption after Revati's untimely departure

We will ensure all cows have regular care and consultations with veterinarians and other cow experts, managed feeding and grazing to protect them from health complications. Financial contributions go towards food, shelter, veterinary care and medicines.
