Vedic Eco Village is a 70 acre project in the early stages of community development. Volunteers are always welcome to help make a Vrindavan Village Before you consider a long term stay, make a short visit to immerse yourself in the reality of pioneering off grid, Vedic style.
Intake Process:
1. Online Registration + Interview Q&A
2. Visit and Orientation (1-3 days)
- join a tour of the eco village and get an idea of Vedic living off-grid
- lend a hand in the kitchen, garden, forest, and help with building projects
At this point, it's recommended to return home, reflect, and plan to come back fully prepared
3. Return as a Volunteer
- join our daily training camp for Vedic living off-grid
First week: experience a range of activities and projects while absorbing the larger vision for the village
Second week: choose a role, as many as you are capable of committing to. Plug in to the ecosystem.
Third week: choose a project, receive required training to operate independently, take a leadership role.
Fourth week: complete something, reflect on everything you experienced throughout your first moon.
- Volunteers can stay 28 days with a maximum stay of 90 days per year
