⁃ ginger (fresh)

⁃ No commercial oil - Only Ghee *
⁃ No commericial dairy
⁃ No chilies (green, red or any other color)
⁃ No cabbage 
⁃ No white sugar (only rock candy - mishri or jaggery - gur)

MORNING (9:00 am)
⁃ Fruits (local)
⁃ Cereal
⁃ Mixed dry nuts
⁃ Chick peas, salt, ginger
⁃ Sweet

NOON (around 2:00 pm)
⁃ Soup or salad (not both)
⁃ Vegetables 
⁃ Rice
⁃ Chutney 
⁃ Sweet

Evening
⁃ Hot Ahimsa Milk with turmeric and jaggery - gur  (9:00 pm)
